Warranty and Returns

Manufacture Defective Products:

CustomAutoImages guarantees all products offered against any manufacture defects for a period of 30 days. This warranty period starts the day that the order has been delivered, verified through the shipping carrier website. If an item is found to be defective within the stated timeframe, we will replace or repair the item for the customer and cover one way shipping of the new or repaired items back to the customer. The defective item must be received back to our warehouse before any replacement will be issued. Any item that is returned, Not for exchange, will be assesed a 15% Restocking Fee.

Accessories may change at any time from the manufacture. As long as the actual functionality does not change. This includes game controllers, adapters, harnesses, cables, remotes, cds etc.

 

New Item Returns:

Customer requests for new item returns may be made within a period of 45 days from the order date. You may return an un-opened or new item within this timeframe for a refund back to your original payment method or Credit card, or Paypal. New item returns must be received in "Like Received" condition, in the manufacture package including all accessories and manuals. Returns in this category will be charged a 15% Repackaging fee which covers the cost of testing the product for full functionality, as well as any materials that are needed to remove and repackage the item in new condition for resale. Items returned which were ordered with the "Free Shipping" option, will have the actual cost of the shipping to the customer deducted from the credit issued.

Accessories such as Power Harnesses, RCA cables, headphones, remote controls, cigarette adapters, game controllers and game disks,  are not returnable for refund or covered under warranty unless they arrive damaged or non operational and we are notified within 48hrs of the delivery date of the order.

Canceled Orders:

Orders which have been processed and are awaiting shipment: A customer may request a cancellation of an order and a refund back to the credit card on file or Paypal, in which case a 5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.  Credits may take 1-2 business days to process and post back onto a buyers' account.

Refused Delivery:

Orders that are shipped and are "Refused" by the customer at the time of delivery will fall under the "New Item Return" details stated above.
